Anne joined Henson Fuerst in 2003 having litigated complex cases in courts across the state of North Carolina. With nearly 40 years of experience, she focuses on land condemnation, land contamination, and related claims.

A frequent lecturer, Anne teaches continuing education courses for other lawyers. She also educates public groups in-state, nationally, and internationally. Recently, she’s taught courses on fracking, inverse condemnation, and constitutional law related to regulatory takings.

Anne has been active in both state and national legal organizations. She enjoys helping clients throughout North Carolina, including Western North Carolina. She has served in leadership roles as both the District Bar President for the 24th Judicial District of North Carolina (a five-county district in western North Carolina) and as the Watauga County Bar Association President.
