New Jersey Manufacturer Fined for Nearly $160K

A New Jersey Manufacturer was fined nearly $160K.  These fines were levied secondary to an inspection by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).  During this inspection OSHA found the employer to have committed 36 Federal Violations.
