Ranch Road Extension

The North Carolina Department of Transportation plans to extend Ranch Road and to realign the intersection of Ranch Road and Little Creek Church Road in Clayton. This project will provide a direct connection between N.C. 42 East and U.S. 70 Bypass.

Right-of-way acquisition is scheduled to begin in March 2021 and construction is set to start in July 2022. The project is funded for $8.4 million.
