Advice You Shouldn’t Ignore

I came across this editorial regarding head trauma and it reminded me of how often that we, as parents, think a bump on the head is no big deal.  As a lawyer who deals with clients who have suffered the consequences of brain injury every day, I am probably more paranoid than most.  However, many people tend to look at “bumps on the head” as something that is in the same class as a bump on the arm, and it isn’t.  If you don’t believe me, listen to a neurosurgeon and other head trauma specialists, who advocate in the article cited below that EVERY head trauma needs to be evaluated, even ones that seem minor.  Please be safe and be smart.
