David Henson, an attorney with Henson Fuerst Law, recently taught a continuing education course to the Casewell County EMS paramedics and emergency medical technicians. The topic was, “Legal Claims Against Providers in North Carolina.”
David is highly experienced on this topic and has given this course to EMS agencies across North Carolina.
David explains, “I worked EMS in Orange County for a number of years in college and law school, and this course is just one way that I can volunteer and give back to a profession that helped me develop as a young person. I have the utmost respect and admiration for the hard working EMS personnel that work tirelessly to provide emergency services to those in need.”
In August, David is currently slotted to speak at the North Carolina Association of EMS Administrators. Keep your eyes out this summer for the date and location!
