Another settlement in a transvaginal mesh case. This one involved Ethicon, and was settled 4 days into trial. The terms of the settlement were not released.
Given that the manufacturer has resolved other cases similarly, we hope that this will lead to a formal framework for settlement of all of these case in the future.
