Art studio damaged after North Carolina auto accident

October 30, 2008

A local art studio has two large holes in its walls after a recent North Carolina car accident, according to The Citizen Times.

A teenager was driving a minivan down the road, trying to navigate a curve, when he lost control and drove through the studio.

The driver said that he was trying to avoid a deer, but witnesses added that he was speeding before the North Carolina auto accident occurred.

A passenger in the minivan was injured during the North Carolina auto accident and was taken to a local hospital to be treated.

Authorities cited the teen driver for reckless driving, and cited his passenger for not wearing a seatbelt.
