SAS, a Cary based company, was recently ranked as the number 1 company to work for in Fortune Magazine’s top 100 best places to work. SAS treats their employees very well in offering an array of benefits. It’s also no coincidence that even in a down economy, SAS continues to grow both in number of employees and overall profits.
SAS is the ultimate example of what I proposed in an editorial in the Cary News last year: a business should take care of its most important money making tool . . . its employees.
