Superbowl Champs, New Orleans Saints, Deal With Workers Comp Issues

The Louisiana (LA) legislature passed a bill in the house, currently under debate, that would limit any LA professional athlete to filing a Worker’s Compensation claim in the state of LA.  Previously, a professional athlete could file a claim in a variety of states if that athlete played a game in that state.  To read about all sides:  http://www.claimsjournal.com/news/southcentral/2010/04/19/109117.htm
