The Virginian-Pilot reported that a young boy was killed after a North Carolina car accident last week.
The boy was riding in the car with his grandmother when the car hydroplaned, crossed over into oncoming traffic, and collided head-on with a pickup truck.
The grandmother suffered serious injuries during the North Carolina auto accident.
The driver of the pickup truck was taken to a local hospital where he was treated and released.
