WRAL reported that a man involved in a recent North Carolina car accident was convicted of DWI.
The man was driving his pickup truck when he rear-ended another vehicle, causing him to drive off the road and hit a nearby house.
No one inside of the house at the time of the Durham auto accident was injured.
The occupants of the truck were taken to a local hospital to be treated.
While the man was charged with a DWI, he also faces charges of failing to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
