Workers’ compensation; whether N.C. Nat’l Guard member was an employee pursuant to G.S. 97-2(2) when she sustained her injuries. The Court of Appeals held that the claimant was not an employee, as the term is defined in N.C. Gen. Stat. 97-2(2).
