BP Likely to Face Multiple Worker’s Compensation Claims

BP has thousands of employees working to clean up the oil in the Gulf. A natural consequence of this will likely be multiple Worker’s Compensation Claims. In addition to the normal sprain/strain and orthopedic type injuries, there is concern over toxic exposure.
