Man laying in road gets hit in Raleigh auto accident

A man who was thought to have been killed in a hit-and-run Raleigh auto accident was lying in the road when he was struck by a car, according to newsobserver.com.

An investigation that is still ongoing is trying to find out why the man was lying in the middle of the road before the Raleigh auto accident.
