The News Observer reported that the drunk driver who caused a fatal North Carolina auto accident on April 1, has been charged.
The Raleigh auto accident occurred when the driver, who had been drinking, crossed the center line in her car, hitting the other vehicle head-on and killing the driver and passenger.
The driver and her two passengers were taken to the local hospital.
The driver involved in the North Carolina auto accident was charged with two counts of second-degree murder, two counts of assault with a deadly weapon and driving while impaired.
