North Carolina auto accident ties up traffic

A North Carolina auto accident involving two drunk drivers snarled traffic, according to the Rocky Mount Telegram.

One man had pulled his car over to assist a friend with a flat tire. Another car came down the road, struck the stopped vehicle, and flipped several times.

The drivers of both vehicles were charged with driving under the influence during the car accident.

The driver of the second car was also charged with failure to reduce speed and driving on a suspended license.
