For the third straight year, injury and illness rates in the workplace are down. As of 2009 these rates were at an all time low, making NC one of the safest places to work. These reduced injury rates have also resulted in premium decreases for employers’ worker’s compensation premiums. Given all of this, it makes you wonder why they want to reform Worker’s Compensation.
